Job Description:
The HR & Shared Costs Controller will be the key driver in managing labor expenses and fostering collaboration between departments within the Business Partner Community. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including Finance correspondents at the Headquarters in Paris.
Main Responsibilities
* Prepare budgets and forecasts concerning labor cost of different Maisons and shared structure costs (G&A, building costs, logistic and others) in collaboration with Finance, HR, and local Maisons team;
* Analyze and prepare monthly and annual reports on cost/HC for each maison, monitoring forecasts versus actual results and analyzing variances;
* Ensure preparation and analysis of monthly and annual closures;
* Develop and update HR and BPC KPIs (e.g., absenteeism, overtime, turnover), presenting insights to support strategic decision-making;
* Deliver timely and accurate reporting activities to Paris Headquarters and ad hoc analysis;
* Review and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to optimize labor expenses.
Profile
A strong candidate should possess a degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, they should have autonomy, attention to detail, speed of execution, efficiency, and time management. Excellent communication skills are also required to convey complex data and insights to stakeholders.
Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to workforce compensation and benefits is essential. Proficiency in Office package (advanced Excel) and SAP is also necessary. Knowledge of English (fluent spoken and written) is mandatory, while French is an asset.
