Job Title: Principal Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:
* Develop guidelines, standards, and best practices for Infrastructure systems engineering design.
* Review and evaluate Infrastructure designs for compliance and optimization.
* Provide technical support and guidance to Infrastructure systems engineers and architects.
* Coordinate and provide mentoring and development opportunities to the infrastructure systems team members.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Railway and Infrastructure systems.
* Engage with internal stakeholders and senior management.
* Provide technical guidance, planning, and logistical information for bids and tenders.
Requirements:
* Masters degree in civil/building engineering.
* Chartered professional status.
* Minimum 25 years of relevant experience.
* Ability to technically lead and manage the design process from conceptual layout to detailed design and construction.
* Experience of managing internal and external design interfaces (e.g., architectural, structural, geotechnical, landscape, mechanical, and electrical).
* Solid knowledge of software for structural analysis of finite elements (e.g., SAP2000) and graphic documents (e.g., AutoCAD).
* Experience with calculation tools and use of Excel for structural analysis and checks.
* Experience of leading and directing teams in a digital/BIM environment, coordinating civil services with those of other disciplines.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.
