We are looking for a Senior Service Designer with solid experience in Design Thinking and Service Design, capable of leading cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops, and coordinating research and co-design activities. The role involves contributing to the definition and implementation of strategic projects, with a strong focus on user-centricity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and development of services and solutions with a human-centered approach
* Facilitation of workshops, co-design sessions, and brainstorming activities
* Journey and stakeholder mapping, creation of personas, and synthesis of key design insights
* Coordination of user research and usability testing
* Collaboration with internal and external teams, including supplier management
* Preparation of reports and materials for internal communication and training purposes
* Degree or specialized training in design (e.g., service, product, industrial, strategic design)
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, curiosity, and a proactive, innovation-driven mindset
* Strong knowledge of Service Design and Design Thinking methodologies
* Experience in leading design teams and defining project roadmaps
* Excellent communication, synthesis, and visual storytelling skills
* Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, Mural, etc.
* Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
