We are seeking highly skilled Senior Consultants to join the Advisory Team and assist leading financial institutions in managing complex projects focused on process optimization, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
Transformation Program Design involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing tailored solutions to enhance business performance. This includes defining project objectives, developing roadmaps, and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation journey.
Governance & PMO activities encompass the establishment and maintenance of project governance frameworks, which ensure effective oversight, risk management, and resource allocation. This involves setting up project structures, defining roles and responsibilities, and implementing controls to mitigate potential risks.
Test & Migration is a critical phase where new systems or processes are thoroughly tested to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure. This stage requires meticulous planning, execution, and quality assurance to minimize disruptions and optimize outcomes.
Go Live represents the final stage of the transformation program, where new systems or processes are deployed and made available to end-users. This phase demands careful coordination, communication, and training to ensure a smooth transition and maximize adoption rates.
Strategy is at the heart of our work, requiring Senior Consultants to develop and implement actionable plans that address specific business challenges. This involves conducting market analysis, identifying opportunities for growth, and creating data-driven strategies to drive business success.
Required Skills & Expertise:
* Proven experience in IT Project Management, overseeing complex operational and business processes within the banking sector or management consulting firms specializing in Financial Services.
* Strong capabilities in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies for end-to-end digital transformation projects.
* Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in multidisciplinary teams.
* Fluent in English
* Willingness to travel and work in dynamic, client-facing environments.
