We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Front Office Agent for Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens.
The individual is passionate about hospitality with a positive attitude, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Main responsibilities:
– Provide reception, cashier and internal reports.
– Contribute to exceptional guests experience from check in to check out, by being a key contact point in the Relais.
– Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
– Provide information about the Relais, available rooms, rates and amenities.
– Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
– Register guests collecting necessary information.
– Liaise and collaborate with other departments for a smooth communication flow.
Candidate profile:
– Fluent level of English and Italian languages is required.
– At least two years of experience in a similar role in luxury hotels is an asset.
– Knowledge of hotel management software is compulsory.
– Knowledge of LQA standards is preferred.
– Excellent customer service attitude.
– Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
