Job Description
* Engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), building strong relationships and understanding their unique travel preferences.
* Act as a trusted consultant, providing exceptional client service before, during, and after the journey.
* Manage multicultural clients with cultural sensitivity and knowledge of global travel trends.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of proven experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge sales.
* Fluent proficiency in at least three languages, including Italian and English.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
