Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Ads. As a Sales Account Manager, you will work with advertisers and agencies to create and execute advertising strategies while driving incremental revenue and growing advertisers' investment on Amazon.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, analytical skills, and the ability to develop data-driven recommendations. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing complex advertiser relationships, and negotiating independently from brief collection to close the deal.
You will also work effectively with other partner teams, thrive in ambiguous situations, and be interested in becoming an expert on Amazon Ads solutions. Additionally, you will have experience in creating media plans and complex advertising strategies, and be able to provide in-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Some experience in selling digital advertising
* Negotiation skills & Business acumen to earn client trust
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in analyzing data, creating new insights and compelling narratives to pitch to clients
* Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
* Advanced level of English and Italian

* Sales and client-facing background in the advertising industry
* Annual brand planning and media planning capabilities
* Retail Media industry knowledge
