This position reports to: Global Product Manager Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will work in a brand-new Agile Organization in Smart Power Division under Electrification Business Area. You will be responsible for start-up and development of a new product range in the field of Switchgear, specifically for its long-term profitable growth, by developing and managing the product range through all of its life cycle phases, according to market needs and Product Group strategy. This position will join Distribution & Energy Management Agile Unit and will report to Global Product Management Enclosures Chapter Leader. In a global and highly dynamic environment oriented to constant innovation, strong leadership and market-driven thinking are prerequisites for this role, as well as critical thinking, motivation to challenge yourself, and to be one step ahead in the digital transformation. The work model for the role is: LI-Hybrid. You will be mainly accountable for: Understanding and defining market segmentation and related product positioning, identifying both potential gaps against competition and new market opportunities. Analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and setting market requirements for future development. Managing existing product series and boosting market penetration according to the Global Product Group ambition. Defining product customer value proposition per segment and channel; setting and monitoring the communication strategy to deliver clear product positioning. Driving the annual business planning process and facilitating agreement between sales demand and supply. Monitoring global sales target fulfilment and taking actions as appropriate; defining future products and services. Working closely with market developers and sales team to sustain business growth for the product range. Collaborating with extended internal teams (i.e., GPGs, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics, ecosystem tools) to ensure customer satisfaction and business targets. Qualifications for the role: You are passionate about problem solving and team working. You possess strong and well-developed communication skills. You have attention to customers and stakeholders; strong motivation and curiosity are essential personal qualities. Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred; Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent work experience also accepted.
