Senior Business Developer - Commercial, Amazon Shipping
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to launching and developing a new business. As a Senior Business Developer, you will play a key role in the growth of Amazon Shipping in Italy.
You will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of top-tier companies in Italy, identifying opportunities, negotiating with external partners, and closing sales. Additionally, you will collect market insights and customer feedback to improve our product and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has:
* Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish top-level relationships with customers;
* Experience in developing trustful relationships with external and internal stakeholders;
* A strong ownership mentality and the ability to prioritize and deliver results;
* Proficiency in Italian and English.
The successful candidate will be part of our organization's leadership team, helping to implement our overall strategy and direction. Key responsibilities include:
* Leadership: contributing to the implementation of our overall strategy and direction;
* Cross-functional collaboration: working with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage programs and build products that meet customer needs;
* Dive deep: measuring performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, and leading the team to address them;
* Business development: bringing new customers to Amazon, developing shipping volume, ensuring good conversion rates, and doing it with profitability in mind.

Basic qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree;
* Experience in business development, sales, and account management in B2B;
* Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically in a high-energy environment;
* Strong ownership and delivery focus;
* Excellent communication skills and ability to advise senior leadership;
* Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving goals.
Preferred qualifications:
* Advanced or master's degree or MBA;
* Experience in the logistics industry;
* Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRM (e.g. Salesforce.com), sales and marketing automation tools, eLearning tools.
