Eataly is seeking Director of Store Operation to join our team in North America. Eataly is currently in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York and Toronto and many other places, and are pleased to offer visa sponsorship and relocation assistance to selected candidates.
As the Director of Store Operation, you will oversee all aspects of an Eataly location, ensuring that we deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing store strategies, leading and mentoring the store management teams, and monitoring financial performance to drive profitability. This role involves managing a team of managers, coordinating with various departments, and driving operational standards to meet our high benchmarks, while building team member engagement. Ideal candidates have strong background in retail and/or restaurant operations management, with excellent organizational skills (8+ years of management experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant and/or retail environment).
