We are currently hiring a General Manager of Restaurants in Dallas (TX) and are pleased to offer visa sponsorship and relocation assistance to selected candidates.
In the role of General Manager of Restaurants, you will handle the management of restaurant operations and quick-service restaurants within our stores. Your focus will be on delivering top-notch service and product quality while enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. This position requires overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, scheduling, and team member development and addressing customer feedback to resolve issues promptly. Ideal candidates will have experience in managing restaurant or QSR operations, and strong leadership abilities (6+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment).
