Tridonic are recruiting for a Solution Sales Manager to grow sales within Italy. This role can be based anywhere in Northern Italy. Your remit will include:
1. Focused on selling add value products, solutions, IoT systems. Successful achievement of financial objectives including achieving sales targets & market share objectives.
2. Identify potential customers for Tridonic Italia.
3. Organize and lead activities to promote Tridonic products in the region.
4. Develop professional relationships with the System Integrator, System Partners, etc., of the region to either initiate commercial activities and/or to increase them. This includes any and all follow-up needed to ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after, each commercial transaction.
5. Meet with end users to demonstrate the benefits of using Tridonic components and raise full confidence from their side.
6. Develop project concepts to meet or even exceed customers’ requirements and specify our brand. For the development of the projects the Solution Sales Manager will have the support if needed of the Italian Technical Dept.
7. Train the designers and/or distributors and ensure they understand how to implement our solutions and to minimize after sales complaints.
Your profile We are looking for……
1. You should have an understanding of the lighting technology industry and construction sector with relevant experience in a solution sales based role (5+ years of experience), proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mindset.
2. You are a great communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
3. You are a natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do.
4. You have the ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
5. You encounter challenges with a positive attitude and have an interest in technology.
6. You have a curious mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development.
7. High level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP..) and full professional proficiency in Italian and good English skills.
