Sales Specialist (Trentino) - Energy Distribution & Building Automation, E-Mobility
This position plays a key role in the Electrification Business Area – Application Building sales strategy, focusing on qualitative and quantitative sales targets for sustainable order growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have expertise in identifying and developing new sales opportunities, showcasing their ability to build strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build and manage commercial relationships with wholesalers, installers, panel builders, OEMs, and EPCs, prioritizing orders volume, product mix, and customer satisfaction.
* Propose the Application Building products and solutions portfolio for Energy Distribution and Building Automation and E-Mobility customers.
* Develop efficient sales and marketing strategies, communicating value propositions to customers and creating personalized sales plans.
* Identify and drive new market opportunities in the designated area.
Requirements:
* At least 3-5 years of sales experience.
* In-depth knowledge of Energy Distribution and Building Automation, E-Mobility.
* Able to develop and manage customer relationships.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
* Ability to understand customer needs.
* Strong teamwork skills.
