WE ARE LOOKING FOR A GRAPHIC DESIGNER TO JOIN OUR TEAM
The primary goal of this role is to deliver impactful visuals across Retail Media, eCommerce, digital advertising, and in-store/experiential activations.
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS IN THIS ROLE?
* Design high-impact visuals for eCommerce, Retail Media, and digital campaigns, including Amazon A+ Content, product listings, banners, social media assets, and digital ads.
* Create visual assets for physical activations, including in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, trade show materials, and experiential marketing assets.
* Develop static and video graphics for Amazon Ads, Google Display, Meta Ads, and programmatic campaigns.
* Collaborate with marketing, media, and activation teams to ensure seamless integration between digital and physical touchpoints.
* Translate brand guidelines into visually appealing designs, maintaining consistency across all channels.
* Stay updated on design trends in both digital and physical marketing, optimizing visuals for maximum engagement and conversion.
* Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring quality across print, digital, and large-scale activations.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative quality with deadline commitments.
WHO ARE YOU?
* You have 2-3 years of experience in graphic design in an agency.
* You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* You have experience in designing for both digital and physical media.
* You have a good understanding of eCommerce visual best practices, including Amazon A+ Content, EBC, and marketplace branding.
* You have familiarity with digital advertising formats, including banners, social media creatives, and programmatic ads.
* You have a good knowledge of in-store marketing materials, such as standees, shelf wobblers, packaging, and trade show branding.
* You have strong attention to detail, ensuring brand consistency across all visuals.
* You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
* You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects efficiently.
