The Sales Manager will be responsible of an assigned customer portfolio within an assigned geographical coverage or based on assigned goals.
Job Responsibilities
* Be responsible for sales initiatives: focused on new sales opportunities, client visits and management
* Work across the Idrotherm 2000 Group providing cross selling and upselling solutions
* Drive and monitor the sales activities focusing on commercial KPIs (e.g. order intake, marginality, proposals pipeline)
* Lead and providing support on major contracts, tenders and quotations
* Objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Representatives or distributors
* Track competitor activity and providing updates on competitor news and intelligence
* Be aware and understand the Quality Policy. Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the Idrotherm 2000 QMS
* Be aware of the quality of his own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the QMS improvement according to his/her role
* Pursues and secures business with consolidated customers in line with the business objectives
* Stay up to date with Idrotherm 2000 Group’s current and future offerings and technology solutions, including but not limited to customer tailored tools
* Lead and support the negotiation with the Clients
* Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality
Experience
At least three years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of the following sectors is preferable:
* Pipes PE – PP – CAST IRON
* Fittings – PUMPS

* Building and Developing Professional/Technical Knowledge: Gain core knowledge of technical/professional area
* Business Development: Shape the business development strategy
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Economics is preferred
Language :
-English proficiency level
-Second language as a plus German and/or French.
