Position
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Team, specifically supporting the Marketing area. This role is crucial in leveraging data to drive strategic business decisions and further enhance our already strong data-driven approach. You will play a key role in extracting actionable insights from complex marketing datasets, including Google Analytics, and support the area toward advanced analytical solutions.
In this environment, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, lead projects, and become a reference point on specific topics for the whole company.
You will also advance in your professional growth within a dynamic and experienced team composed of data scientists, engineers and fellow data analysts.
The Figure will deal with:
* Work on crucial data projects in collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, data scientists, and data engineers;
* Serving as a subject matter expert for marketing data (particularly Google Analytics), leading the development of the area data products and strategy;
* Translating complex business challenges into actionable analyses;
* Conducting in-depth analysis of large datasets leveraging the capabilities of our internal DWH;
* Curate datasets to be used in interactive dashboards and data visualizations. If needed prepare data extractions and analysis for management;
* Proactively support marketing and product development initiatives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position must possess:
* Degree or equivalent experience;
* At least three years of experience in a Data Analyst role;
* Strong analytical skills in complex contexts, with a solid attitude to problem solving;
* Expert knowledge of SQL;
* Desire to deepen both aspects of business and Big Data;
* Proactivity and desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
The following shall constitute a preferential right:
* Knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing related data (mail, paid, seo…);
* Experience CDP (Customer Data Platform) and Marketing Automation platforms (Segment, HighTouch, Braze…);
* Experience with DBT;
* Python knowledge regarding data analysis (Pandas, Numpy...);
* Experience with BigQuery (GCP platform);
