We are looking for an Outside Sales Engineer, who will be responsible for all sales activities of designated customers in Gas Distribution and Transmission industries, further to the Natural Gas and Alternative Fuels Industrial Users (mainly located in Northern Italy), in order to achieve the agreed Sales, Bookings, strategic targets for the agreed product lines and services.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Identify the market requirements and specifics, develop and implement the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability in the agreed designated Accounts.
2. Negotiate with Customer relevant Business Contracts within the agreed Delegation of Authority, including discount, price and volume structures.
3. Maintain a project opportunity list for the assigned sales area in the associated tools (CRM,
4. Coordinate, ensure and personally support the execution of committed contractual terms to customers in all business transaction.
5. Report regularly to the direct supervisor on market trends, competition strategies and customer behaviors which may affect the Emerson business strategies.
6. Specifically focus and promote Emerson Natural Gas Solutions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
7. Engineering degree or comparable technical background
8. Relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry
9. Proficient Italian & English languages (verbal, reading and writing)
10. Willing to travel in the region up to 60% of the time
