JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER
1. Responsible for all aspects of creating and implementing the sales strategy, forecasting sales, and managing clients.
2. Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.
3. Monitoring and participating in tenders.
4. Negotiating contracts and prices.
5. Accurate and timely forecasting.
6. Primary point of contact and relationship manager for a defined set of clients.
7. Transforming key clients into strategic partners, fostering sustainable growth in revenue, market share, and product adoption.
8. Contributing to long-term success through collaborative leadership and a constant commitment to improvement and reinvention.
9. Analyzing competition and conducting market intelligence activities.
10. Expanding the client base.
11. Ensuring the achievement of company sales objectives.
12. Willingness to travel as needed.
Qualifications:
13. Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
14. Solid experience (3-5 years) in sales, with a proven ability to build successful long-term client relationships.
15. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership, think strategically, and communicate vision effectively (both written and verbal), influencing across the organization.
16. Experience in a dynamic and high-intensity sales environment.
17. High level of organization and ability to manage priorities.
18. Resilience in handling conflicting demands, ability to prioritize, and work under pressure.
19. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
20. Fluent in English.
21. Excellent presentation skills.
22. Good organizational skills, including the ability to work independently and collaborate and lead multidisciplinary teams to meet agreed deadlines.
23. Flexibility and a collaborative attitude.
