Location: must live within the territory, preferably in Arizona
Territory: Southwest (AZ, UT, NV, CO) + Nebraska, Iowa and Minnesota
Salary: $60,000 base + Quarterly Commission (1st yr OTE $100k+) + Benefits

Our client, a leader in the commercial and architectural structures industry, is looking for a Territory Salesperson to expand its market presence in the Southwest to Midwest region of the US. In this role, you will develop strategies to grow relationships with architectural firms and secure new business opportunities. Qualified candidates will have at least three (3) years of commercial construction or architectural sales experience, including outside sales, with the ability to understand and read construction drawings and blueprints. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share
2. Build relationships with architects and decision-makers to drive new business
3. Prospect for new clients and nurture existing relationships
4. Prepare forecasts and action plans to meet market goals
5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
6. Participate in trade shows to expand market visibility
7. Manage sales data and ensure accuracy within CRM systems
8. Collaborate with internal teams to drive projects to completion
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. 3+ years of commercial construction or architectural sales experience required
3. Outside sales experience required
4. Ability to understand and read construction drawings and blueprints required
5. Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat required
6. Valid driver’s license required
7. Willingness to travel 50% of the time required
