You will collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience, from onboarding to campaign optimization.We’ll provide you with hands-on training and continuous support to help you grow your skills and career.What You Will Do:Act as a trusted partner for advertisers and agencies, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform.Assist clients in campaign setup, management, and optimization on our DSP, providing strategic recommendations.Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and results.Work closely with Product team to troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements.Monitor KPIs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance campaign outcomes.Support the commercial team in upselling and retention efforts, fostering long-term client relationships.Manage programmatic deals, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of private marketplace (PMP) and programmatic guaranteed (PG) agreements.Support clients using Onetag Smart Curation Platform in self-serve mode, leveraging curated inventory and semantic deals to enhance deal performance and targeting capabilities.Skills you’ll have:1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role within programmatic advertising, ad tech, or digital media.Familiarity with major DSPs (e.g., Adform, DV360, TTD, Xandr) and media buying principles.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and a basic understanding of data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar).Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital tracking methodologies.Understanding of deal management in programmatic advertising, including PMP and PG setups.Awareness of Curation trends and how they impact media buying strategies.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for customer success.What you will get:Flexible and hybrid working options (3 days in office + 2 days working from home).Ticket restaurants of 10 euro/day.A supportive and collaborative working environment.The opportunity to start your career in a dynamic, globally connected company, gaining hands-on experience and growing within an international environment.OneTag is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace: we are committed to equal opportunity for all applicants and employees regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion, or belief, and marriage and civil partnerships.
