Product Assurance Manager open position at TAS in Gorgonzola
As a Product Assurance Manager for Electronic Equipment of the Digital Products Line, the main responsibility is to establish the PA&S requirements baseline for all elements of the project, in compliance with the Customer general Product Assurance and Safety policy. This includes producing and implementing plans, defining inputs, outputs, participants, responsibilities, interfaces, coordinating efforts of participants, and producing resulting consolidated inputs.
All in line with TAS QMS while referring to contractual requirements, specifications, development schedule, and allocated budget during Product Lifecycle phases according to Equipment category.
Some specific tasks and activities developed in order to guarantee customer satisfaction on quality aspects include:
* SoW / Project Quality Assurance requirements assessment.
* Issuing Product Assurance, Product Qualification, and Product Cleanliness and Contamination Plans.
* Monitoring project & PA status & identifying relevant PA issues, including NCR / SPR / Waivers / Deviations / Problems / Critical Items and systematically tracking all items. Producing periodic reports of monitoring activities performed (e.g. inspections, checks, reviews), including conclusions and recommendations.
* Producing meeting agendas, checking that all inputs are available for the NRB or CCB, ensuring proper nonconformance/ waiver/problem/critical item close-out.
* Monitoring manufacturing, integration, and test activities with quality assurance audits, mandatory and key inspection points (MIP & KIP), test witnessing, and configuration inspections; producing reports on activities performed with conclusions and recommendations.
* Participating in program reviews (EQSR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR) and directing necessary preventive or corrective actions; producing monthly reports with assessment activities performed (e.g. documents reviewed, checklists used, spot checks performed).
* Defining formal acceptance requirements and conducting Acceptance Reviews of all contractual deliverable items (PTR, TRB, QR, DRB).
* Guiding and monitoring the application and procurement of EEE parts, materials, and processes and controlling implementation of applicable requirements; producing reports on guidance provided, monitoring activities performed, and status of compliance to applicable requirements (RFA).
* Contributing to Control boards for EEE (PCB), M&P (MPCB), and Radiation (RCB) with customers and subcontractors.
* Coordinating FMEA, Reliability, Safety Analysis.
* Monitoring quality KPIs, collecting, comparing, and analyzing performance data, and producing statistical reports and graphs (e.g. NCs and non-quality costs Root cause).
* Interfacing with the customer, subcontractors, and various company entities involved in the design, construction, integration, and testing for quality aspects.
* Managing product certifications (CoC, End Item Data Package, REACH).
Experience or Certification for PCB inspection according to ECSS is highly desirable.
