As part of the Supply Chain Department, Store Support Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
The primary objective of supply chain support for stores is to ensure the timely and efficient availability of products in Stores, optimize inventory levels, maintain effective relationships and communication with the Stores to ensure quick resolution of stock management issues and ensure a continuous and efficient flow of goods.
Key Activities/Responsibilities:
Stores Support:
Daily support on stock management and operations issues via “Inside” (internal Sephora Platform) or Supply Chain Hot Line:
1. Special orders
2. Dedicated contact for Stores needs
3. “Inside” - Messages addressed to Supply Chain
Supply Chain Operations:
4. In Store support to Opening/Closing/Remodeling
5. Stock balancing and returns monitoring
6. Reports on the quality of the daily deliveries to stores
7. Help reach and exceed sales targets set
8. Handle problems raised by stores
