LOCATION: Milan with frequent travel to HQ based in Paris and Southern & Eastern Europe. TERMS: Permanent and full-time job. START DATE: May 2025. YOUR MISSION AND ROLE Under the supervision of the Wholesale Director based in Paris, you oversee the following main tasks: The Wholesale Area Manager will have for main responsibilities all the distribution activities for Givenchy within the Wholesale clients based in Southern & Eastern Europe (Italy included). Develop and build strong relationships with existing clients. Prospection and research of new market opportunities with detailed reports to the Management & the portfolio review to ensure new distribution strategies are met. Business analysis through monthly reporting, ST and product feedback. Preparation of the business reviews. Troubleshoot and provide solutions on client service issues in partnership with the customer service and credit managers. Delivery, payment, and stock management follow-up in order to secure flow of goods. Creation of action plans to optimize performance: incentives, pop-ups, activations, local trainings. Guide wholesale business partners to represent and maintain a consistent brand image respecting the guidelines of the Maison. YOUR PROFILE Experience in a similar role (5/6 years). Based in Milan. Positive mindset with an enthusiastic and dedicated attitude. Demonstrates agility in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Commitment to excellence in all aspects of work. Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term goals. Be flexible for several business trips during the year. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is a plus.
