Position Overview: Develop regional business performance by planning and implementing of distribution channel, coverage area and territory management to achieve regional sales target. Oversee and evaluate the performance of sales team members, analyze sales metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures. Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to the sales team to ensure the achievement of site KPIs and targets. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region/local market; Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies; Proactively troubleshoot and identify areas for improvement within the sales plan, optimize planning & scheduling efficiency, and implementing SOPs and CI platforms. Provide regular report to direct superior regarding regional sales strategy, sales activities, sales performance etc; Take on additional tasks from your superior that are still within the scope.
Requirements: Minimum of 7 years sales experience in selling GC1, GC2 and Food Packaging. Relevant Bachelor degree. Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive results in a competitive market. Fluency in writing and speaking English. Willing to travel frequently.
