From a small team of 20 people two decades ago, we have grown into an international organization with over 190 employees across various countries. Our global reach spans more than 80 nations, with direct operations in key markets like Italy, France, the UK, USA, Russia, UAE, Germany, and through select dealers and distributors.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will serve as the Showroom Manager, directly reporting to the Country Manager Italy. Key responsibilities include:
* Driving sales growth within the showroom team, focusing on identified customer bases, leads, and prospects, aligned with Dedar's strategic objectives.
* Fostering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high-quality service and textile consultations for both public and private clients.
* Cultivating connections within the design community (interior designers, specifiers, influencers, press, manufacturers, artists, galleries, consumers) through targeted PR and marketing initiatives.
* Ensuring operational excellence and maintaining showroom standards as defined by Dedar's Creative Team.
* Gathering insights on clients, prospects, and the community, providing valuable feedback on products and brands to key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Art, or Business, Marketing & Communication.
* Interior Design or Art background preferred, with additional studies or experience a plus.
* 3-5 years of experience in Sales or Design consultancy, preferably in the luxury market and architectural arts world.
* In-depth knowledge of interiors history and current trends.
* Proven ability to interact effectively with architects and interior designers.
* Excellent communication skills, with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
* Attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with networking partners.
