About the Role We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market expansion in defined European regions. In this role, you will represent Ferentino in the assigned region, building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors in defined European regions. Promote and sell Ferentino industrial tyres, ensuring a consultative approach to client needs. Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities. Monitor sales performance, follow up with clients, and provide regular reports. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the industrial tyres and/or forklift sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (professional level); German, French, or Spanish is a plus. Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
