How can you help us?
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and optimizing commercial performance. Your analytical expertise and strategic mindset will help us make data-driven decisions that enhance profitability and align with our business objectives. You will support financial planning, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization initiatives, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. By providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations, you will challenge the status quo, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure effective resource allocation.
Your main responsibilities
• Develop, deliver, review, and enhance financial and non-financial analyses to achieve financial KPIs within the Marketing and Sales area.
• Provide analysis and insights, linking financial reporting with business strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams in financial planning and analysis, challenging and improving performance.
• Coordinate and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and performance management cycles.
• Contribute to building the financial analytics organization as part of a broader transformation program.
• Translate marketing and sales strategies into financial plans and monthly forecasts.
• Support the preparation of management reports, enhancing the impact and understanding of financial reports on business performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, monitoring their effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams.
Skills and Competencies
Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis within a fastmoving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Knowledge of business process management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
Competences:
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive change.
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively across different levels of a global organization.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo.
• Self-driven with a strong desire for learning and development.
