MISSION The Key Account Manager is responsible for promoting and developing business within small and medium enterprises. The KAM is assigned dealers, brokers, and an exclusive area of competence according to business needs. The Fleet by Dealer KAM's mission is to enhance the capabilities of dealers in fleet channels, particularly by promoting the champions program and increasing product sales through direct relations with companies and collaboration with dealers and brokers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all dealers and brokers within scope to increase fleet market share, volumes, and economic targets for both Passenger Cars and LCV. Improve the specialized network in the fleet world (dealer champion) through the implementation of all items included in the champion program. Guarantee a share of volumes in the major Italian broker scenario through the implementation of an incentive plan and support in critical negotiations. PROFILE BACKGROUND Experience in a commercial role in the automotive business or other commercial sectors. Strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in the English language.
