Cogito is a consulting company in Luxury hospitality which works in a multi-property environment; the role of the Sales Manager for the company is acting as a Sales Manager for top Luxury Hotels in Italy and generating business opportunities. The Sales Manager will work closely with the CEO and the clients. This includes implementing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and representing the hotels in a professional manner to promote services and facilities. Responsibilities Identify and target new business opportunities for corporate clients and events. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Create an efficient Sales Calendar. Engage in proactive sales efforts, including cold calling and client visits. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Represent the hotels at industry events and networking events. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Lead and manage hotel site inspections (when needed). Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotions and packages. Manage together with the DOS the Affiliation duties. Open to travel internationally. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field. At least one year experience in sales in the hospitality industry. Strong negotiation and networking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Solid understanding of hotel operations and services. Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
