Through our solar division, we operate in the development, investment, construction and operation of photovoltaic plants and the supply of green electricity and advanced energy solutions for our customers in Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany and Poland).
Missions of the position
As a Site Manager within AXPO Solar Italia, you ensure the monitoring of construction sites during the construction phase, in support of the Construction Project Managers and Directors, and in compliance with the safety, quality, cost and deadline objectives. You are the on-site with client and owners during the construction phase.
You will report to the Southern Europe Construction Director, your main missions will be:
* Lead, plan, control and coordinate of all the activities during the works.
* Supervise the correct execution (physical execution and commissioning) of the works that guarantees the quality of the plant.
* Responsible of the secondary permits of the project and of the validation of the interferences of the existance infrastructures affected (gas pipies, water pipes...)
* Responsible of the coordination of the site stakekholders (ANAS, Municipality...)
* 1st point of contact between the company and subcontractors and third parties.
* Responsible of the delivery of the equipment on site.
* Participating in the establishment of the detailed list of materials needed for the sites (if needed)
* Weekly reports responsible (construction progress report, inventory checklist, HSEQ report, machinery list…)
* Responsible of the commissioning of the infrastructures.
* Make sure that the works are done on time and complying with the technical specifications.
* Carrying out the controls of the conformity of the services at the end of the building sites.
* Organization & participation on the on site meetings.
* Participating in the improvement of processes and in technical monitoring
Profile requested
* Engineering degree with specialization in Electricity or similar
* Minimum 3 years' experience in construction sites preferably on photovoltaics
* Good technical knowledge in electricity or civil works
* Autonomous, challenging spirit, strong and diplomatic relationship with institutional partners, sense of synthesis and pragmatic
* Excellent communication skills in Italian - Fluent english required and french appreciate
As a true conductor, you will be responsible for the proper conduct of the site. You are rigorous, autonomous and have a sense of responsibility.
You will be required to be 100% of your time on site and to travel extensively.
