UX & SERVICE DESIGNER INTERNSHIP Location: Bologna, IT About the job: Through our internship program, you will be part of our Design Team, assisting it across a mix of UX/UI, Service and Visual domains to ideate and design innovative and customer-centric experiences. You will manage specific tasks and deliverables, contributing individually and supporting teams on client-facing and internal projects, working on holistic design solutions, from early-stage idea generation until detailed design output. Role description and main responsibilities: Plan and conduct user research, ethnographic interviews and competitor analysis. Create user stories, personas, customer journey maps through user research and data. Moderate Design Thinking workshops and Co-Design activities. Produce compelling design deliverables (i.e. research output, customer journey maps, service blueprint, storyboards, etc.) to conceptualize ideas and information and accurately convey to client and colleagues. Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes using specialist tools such as Figma. Design graphic UI elements, mockups and interactions (e.g. menus, tabs, buttons, etc.). Create original visual and graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, layouts, templates, infographics, etc.). Work collaboratively with other designers, product managers, business analysts and developers. Support usability testing and analyze feedback to refine designs. Required Skills: Education in the field of design. Experience in UX/UI and Service Design. Confident with wireframe & prototype, fluency with Figma. Customer oriented, curious about technologies. Positive team player with a willingness to listen and learn. Passionate about all areas of design. Fluent in English and Italian (oral and written).
