Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Technician to join our team in the sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our industrial supplies and technical products, building strong relationships with clients, and negotiating commercial agreements.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and features to effectively promote them during business activities.
2. Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets defined by the company's budget for assigned geographic areas.
3. Market Analysis: Analyze the market, competitors, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
4. Client Management: Organize meetings with clients, present products, provide consultation services, and manage commercial negotiations according to company policies.
5. Product Sourcing: Proactively identify, research, and offer products requested by clients.
6. Commercial Offers: Prepare and submit commercial offers using company systems and procedures.
7. Crm Utilization: Regularly update and utilize the company's CRM system.
8. Reporting: Create and review sales budgets and reports for the company's owners.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electromechanical, or mechatronics engineering.
2. Work Experience: Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in the mechanical and/or industrial tools and equipment distribution sector.
3. Geographical Availability: Willingness to work in the assigned territory (Padova province).
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial attitude, excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions: This role involves working in an office environment and requires frequent travel to meet clients in the assigned territory.
