The Digital Solutions Manager will lead the digital processes and tools of Field Force and Sales, ensuring that business objectives are fully supported by Digital Solutions and CRM platforms, adding value to Commercial Planning and trade engagement activities.
What will you do - RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analyze business needs, in line with Company strategic plans and Sales objectives, driving the evolution of existing tools and investigating the implementation of new digital solutions in the field of:
TRADE ENGAGEMENT
* Drive the evolution and maintenance of the newly created JTI Trade Engagement platform through the identification of development areas.
FIELD FORCE EFFICIENCIES
* Support the development of new functionalities on the CRM platform and optimize existing ones.
* Lead the design, development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
* Guarantee knowledge sharing and understanding of the Trade Digital Solutions, provide support to users of CX Sales and PBI (Power Business Intelligence).
* Be aligned with Global Innovation teams in the definition of new Digital Strategies, in line with local needs.
* Establish an open dialogue with all the functions which are instrumental to a seamless implementation of the defined strategies and tools (global and local).
* Ensure support to the line Manager, the Team and the Field Force, being empowered on assigned projects area.
Who are we looking for: REQUIREMENTS
* University degree or equivalent (preferably in economics and engineering disciplines).
* Minimum of 4/5 years’ experience (Consulting firm and/or FMCG Company) in similar roles.
* Digital savvy and with an excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Power Point and Excel).
* Basic knowledge of Web Development techniques, SQL and Power BI is a plus.
* Innovative mindset, ambitious and with high potential to grow.
* Customer-oriented, able to work with tight deadlines, flexible to switch among different matters.
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken; preferably Italian as the primary language.
