For its Balkan countries market (to be precise, SEE Region: Adria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece and Malts) Exide is looking for a Regional Sales Manager South Eastern Europe to be responsible for sustaining and nurturing solid relationships with key clients that generate the most income and for developing sales and all related sales activities to define key or strategic customers. He/She will exploit company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions, both to achieve key clients’ long-term goals and to attract and maintain new clients.
Main tasks:
· Ensure sales results in terms of revenues and profit (contribution, customer EBIT/P&L) and of cash (DSO and over-dues) in his Sales area (designated accounts, brands or areas);
· Develop profitable sales to key clients for primary, secondary brands and private Labels;
· Contribute to middle & long-term objectives by proposition of changes in organization of proper channels;
· Analyze market (distribution trend by main channels/competitors);
· Contribute to middle and long-term objectives, pricing strategy and customer satisfaction goals within defined limits of discretion (2-year plan, customer marketing programs, logistics);
· Properly communicate instructions and information to Field selling, Customer service, sales administration, Area managers and report regularly on his account’s performance to management and team;
Requirements:
· Academic Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Energetic Engineering or Economics;
· A different education path will be considered, if coupled with a sound experience in the role;
· 5 years’ experience in Sales at Tier-1 company in Automotive Aftermarket (and consequent understanding of the markets);
· Perfect command of MS Suite;
· Fluent in English, both spoken and written (Any additional language, spoken in the region, would be a plus);
· Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer orientation, ability to operate towards results; high level of accountability, self-organization and business acumen
