* Managing Account Managers to increase sales
* Overseeing customer and distributor portfolios
* Achieving turnover and market share targets
* Acquiring new customers and strengthening distributor loyalty
* Executing market intelligence research and scouting activities
* Developing and updating sales forecasts
* Providing strategic recommendations to Senior Management
* Participating in trade fairs and reviewing business opportunities
Additional responsibilities include supervising Area Managers, mapping and tracking customers, achieving sales targets, managing commercial negotiations, and evaluating team performance.
Required skills and experience include fluent English language proficiency, good IT culture, commercial work experience in B2B and Aftermarket/distribution sectors, and strong sales and negotiation skills.
