Job Title: Sales Back Office Internship
The Sales Back Office (SBO) Team supports Philips' Sales Departments in Italy, ensuring orders comply with contracts and preparing a package of documents for further booking. The team is responsible for the preparation of official letters and statements shared with partners for tender purposes.
Your Role:
* Support the Contract Management team in day-to-day operations, with a focus on tendering processes.
* Utilize SAP and other relevant tools to efficiently manage standard and non-standard orders.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales personnel, Account Managers, and Marketing teams, to prepare and submit tender documents.
* Seek opportunities for improvement, implementing Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the SBO function.

* You have a background in law, business, economics, or a related field.
* You are fluent in Italian and communicative in English.
* You possess proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
* You have strong organizational and communication skills.
