Randstad Italia is hiring a Training & Event Coordinator for Samsung Electronics Italia, a global leader in the consumer electronics industry.
Location: Milan - smart working policy applies (2 days/week).
The contract duration and salary will be commensurate with experience.
Annual salary: 22,000€-28,000€.
Experience
* A degree in Humanities or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in Training, Events, or Marketing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Project management experience.
* Event planning and execution expertise.
* Adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Training & Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging educational experiences that strengthen Partner sales teams and enhance customer loyalty.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize training sessions, workshops, and special launch events across different channels, including:
* Training programs for Field Force and Partner sales representatives on Samsung Mobile Experience products.
* Interactive hands-on workshops to educate consumers on product benefits.
* Special loyalty programs for Partner sales teams to build strong, long-term relationships.
* Engaging in-store events to support product launches.
* Immersive brand experiences beyond traditional retail, increasing brand awareness and purchase intent.
