Job Title: HR Operations Intern
Location: BCG Milan
You will gain hands-on experience in key HR operational processes, playing a pivotal role in ensuring efficiency and compliance across multiple functions. You will support our HR team in fleet management, immigration procedures, and data analysis while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
* Support key operational aspects of the company car plan and fleet, including handling permits, reports, and sustainability initiatives.
* Assist in immigration-related tasks, including visa process support and liaising with agencies for compliance matters.
* Support the analysis of HR-related data, including fleet budgets and staffing-related tax matters.
* Assist in day-to-day HR operations, responding to internal inquiries, and collaborating with different HR functions to improve efficiency.
The support will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.
