What you’ll do:
* You will join the team of Customer Value Management. In particular you will be part of the the Team managing the next development, and future running, of a highly strategic new product, potentially game changer of the Italian and international industry.
Who you are:
* You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in multi-level organized-contexts (agencies and incubators), preferably from the digital entertainment & gaming industry and/or digital communication consultancy;
* You likely have a degree in managerial engineering (or similar) and past experience in the development of digital platforms (from strategy to requisitation, to budgeting, scheduling and delivery) also matured through relation with I.T. departments.
* You have excellent knowledge of B2C marketing dynamics in the services-sales context (acquisition, prevention, retention) which you monitor, evaluate and report thanks to advanced analytics skills.
* You are also curious about the main trends connected to digital entertainment evolution (A.I., VR, AR etc)
* Understanding of: the main potentials of SW programming, Digital Architecture development, CMS platforms;
* Office suite, project management tools are a requisite. You are punctual and meticulous when delivering on job tasks, flexible (working with both waterfall-agile approach), with a consolidated ability in self-managing workloads, defining prioritizations and producing detailed project documentation. Also a curious by nature, innovative spirit and proactive;
* You know how to team-work following the development of a project, relating with specialists from other teams, namely Design (UX/UE), Marketing, Strategy and I.T.), while controlling and referencing in a multi-faceted context with cross-functional interactions.
* You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
Preferrably, you also have:
* Previous experience in content management (production and valorization) and digital communities (social posting, live streaming, moderation and animation);
* Basic knowledge of resources offered by main programming languages, ticket management platforms (Jira etc) social management/listening tools, applicative SWs).
