We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities
* Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
* Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
* Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
* Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
* Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
Qualifications
* Organized and manages time effectively
* Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
* Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
* Current FL Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining FL Real Estate License
* Must be coachable
* Must be able to give FULL-TIME attention to this Real Estate career
* Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
* Team player
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule
* Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
* Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
* Show good organizational and time management skills
* Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
* Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
* High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
* At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
* Show a track record of real estate success
