Responsible for the design, organisation, management and support of IT solutions such as servers, workstations, networks and related software services.
Designs, installs, administers LAN-WAN networks and Internet access.
Supervises and organises support services (help-desk) for the Italian HQ and Boutique Network.
Responsible for Cyber-Security with Maison scope.
In detail the main functions:
Technical Management
- Managing the LAN-WAN, interconnections and Internet access
- Ensuring the technical efficiency of IT systems
- Ensuring that all technical solutions (hardware and software) in use interact correctly with each other, guaranteeing the functionality of the services
- Administering the data network and monitoring performance
- Monitor the technical infrastructure ensuring its security and availability
- Maintain the integrity of data, network, servers, basic software and ensure their security
- Ensure network connectivity between sites and to the Internet
- Maintain and manage IP addressing and routing between sites
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, telephones, PDAs, smartphones, software distribution, security updates and patches
- Organise and manage the continuous upgrade of software and hardware solutions, including licence and maintenance contracts in force
- Support and coordinate the technical activities of the Emilio Pucci branches by supervising and ensuring the correct integration of data
- Administer fixed and mobile telephony contracts by managing all utilities and associated services
Data security
- Supervising and ensuring the security of the infrastructure from both external (internet) and internal (intranet) intrusion attempts
- Ensuring data security by supervising the proper functioning of antivirus systems and their updates
- Ensuring data security by correctly managing access users and the rights assigned to them
- Ensuring the correct application of the IT security rules defined by group cybersecurity central team .
- Managing, maintaining and supervising back-up systems and data security in general
- Managing and ensuring the correct functionality of business continuity services
Technical Support Services
- Analyses technical problems, isolates them and pursues suitable solutions
- Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of the professional service delivery methods of the partners involved and the procedures adopted
- Organises and supervises user support services (help-desk), ensuring the appropriate level of support at all company locations, both branches and points of sale
Strong Professional with +8 years' experience in the role within structured organizations
