Be a business partner of AH/OOH Sales Force department by reporting management. It is required to provide timely reporting on performance against business targets, as well as support the line manager in challenge where appropriate to enable effective decision making, leveraging on data analysis as well as on business insights.
This role would suit someone who has good reporting skills, the ability to analyze data to make or/and sustain effective business decisions and build strong lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Results Areas & Contributions
* Daily provide KBIs update on the assigned sub-channel (ex. OOH execution/Customer Team daily dashboard update);
* Monthly provide the assigned reports for Sales Force;
* Monthly provide insight analysis on Ytd data, Ytg estimate on sub-channel KBIs, opportunities and risk to reach Sales Force Tgts and Company results;
* Monthly actively participate on Team routines (COBRA/GRIP ROUTINES, Area Meeting, ecc.), sharing insights with the Sales Team and supporting them on properly identify areas of opportunities and risks;
* Monthly propose, argument and influence the Tgt setting data for Sales Team for the assigned KBIs, taking into consideration Sales Analytics Teams insight and specific insight coming from daily interaction with TLs;
Effective team player, high motivated with positive thinking and knowledge sharing willingness.
Relationship
Build networking relationships and deliver proactive business support to key internal to enhance the wider awareness for business KPIs.
Sales Analyst daily stakeholders are:
* AM/BAM and TL;
* Finance Team;
* CDE Team;
* Trade Marketing Team.
People Development
* Actively work on self-development and open to feedback using all Company tools mandatory and not mandatory (ex. Helo training tools);
* Continuously develop and improve performance reports and processes to support the line manager to build a continuous improvement approach encouraging a performance drive culture;
* Be involved in the development and/or implementation of new, innovative effective (POWER BI) technical solutions for helping in identifying risks and opps.
