We are looking for a qualified and experienced Admissions and Marketing Manager, with proven previous experience and with an international mindset, to join our BES team in Milan.
The ideal profile will be committed to the mission and vision of the school and will develop the school’s marketing plan and admissions targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop BES yearly admissions plan, in conjunction with the Head of Marketing & Admissions, Italy;
● Coordinate and develop the yearly Marketing and Communications plan of the school;
● Oversee editorial content for both offline and online communications;
● Organize and host BES admissions events, open days, social events and other public event;
● Maximize leads conversion by managing them through the admissions funnel and hold informational meetings with prospective students and families;
● Review and verify credentials of prospective students and process applications and collect required student documentation pertaining to the admissions process;
● Review and verify the credentials of prospective students and processes applications up to enrolment and formalizes enrolments;
● Produce weekly reports on new leads, visits and new registrations;
● Manage the first contact with potential customers identified through marketing actions and manage the leads database, performs data analysis on a weekly basis;
● Identifies new initiatives for the development of the services offered;
● Maintains open lines of communication with existing parents and ensures that their feedback, including concerns, complaints and compliments, is handled effectively and passed on to relevant staff in an efficient and timely manner.
Requirements:
• High Proficiency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing field;
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism;
• Experience working in international markets and a global mindset;
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure precision in all tasks;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
