Who we are looking for:
We are recruiting, on behalf of a leading company in financial services related to the purchase of vehicles, a resource who will be responsible for customer care services in support of the sales network of a leading automotive manufacturer, our client.
The team member we are recruiting will be responsible for managing customers in order to:
- Process service requests, ensure problem resolution, and contribute to the improvement of the customer satisfaction index
- Handle inquiries from the sales network regarding credit analysis and evaluation and processing of financing files.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide front line support for customers, managing requests and providing helpful information about existing loan agreement, to ensure that customers are satisfied.
* Collect and analyze customer needs with a view to continuous improvement of the offered service.
* Manage relations with all internal structures for the resolution of complex problems.
* Manage all the sales network’s requests on document clarification and integration.
Requirements:
* At least six months' experience in selling insurance policies
* High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Economics.
* Strong relational and organizational attitudes for an effective relationship with customers.
* Teamwork.
* Accuracy and compliance.
* Initiative and independence.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Interpersonal skills.
* High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office.
* Language’s skills: Italian, English.
* Knowledge of Excel
