Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in payroll operations within a dynamic and international environment? Join our payroll team and play a key role in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
What You’ll Do
As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll support payroll processes across multiple locations in Italy, working closely with our Italian Payroll Manager. You’ll gain valuable experience in payroll processing, problem-solving, and collaboration with different teams, including Finance and HR.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting with tax withholding and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
Supporting employee payroll inquiries and helping resolve cases with the team
Investigating payroll discrepancies and contributing to process improvements
Collaborating with Finance on payroll accounting, reporting, and reconciliations
Staying up to date with payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Participating in projects aimed at enhancing payroll operations
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of experience in payroll (ideally in a multinational company)
Interest in managing payroll processes for large teams (2000+ employees) under different CBAs (Chemical, Commerce, Mechanical, Dirigenti)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
Experience with Workday and ADP (a plus, but not required!)
Fluent in English (multilingual skills are a bonus!)
