Overview
We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team based in Trebaseleghe.
Your Impact
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the safe receipt, storage, and timely shipment of materials and products. He will ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and efficiently plan and organize materials within the warehouse. The person will manage a team of over 6 individuals, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualification
Activities
* Plan all resources and warehouse activities in relation to company objectives
* Oversee the receiving, storage, planning, organization, and control of overall warehouse operations, including the loading and transfer of shipments, document registration, and data entry into the system
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and monitor the safety of the warehouse and inventory
* Manage relationships with various company departments to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration
* Promote continuous motivation among the staff for efficient and effective warehouse management
* Plan the development of warehouse personnel through internal training and on-the-job learning.
Who We Are Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the proposed role and at least 10 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in the fashion industry
* Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
* Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
* Outstanding people and process management skills.
* Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
