**Job Summary**
The Sales Account Manager role is crucial for driving Keysight's growth and customer success. This role requires diligent customer account and relationship management, growing Keysight's market share, top line orders, and senior level engagement.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to manage semiconductor major accounts in Italy and Austria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business plans, gaining market share, and proposing technical solutions to meet customer needs.
**Responsibilities**
* Generate existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts.
* Interface with multiple customer entities from R&D to Manufacturing.
* Promote and sell products and/or solutions to current or new customers.
* Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
* Act proactively to understand customer needs and identify solutions.
* Determine and develop approaches to sales assignments.
* Lead projects requiring coordination with other functions and organizations.
* Solve complex problems and grow the business.
**Qualifications**
* BS/MS in Electronics and Communications Engineering or relevant education.
* At least 5-10 years of industry-related experience in technical product sales.
* Account management experience in the electronic manufacturing market segment.
* Strong understanding of electronics test and measurements.
* Familiarity with semiconductor, digital, and RF/Microwave technologies is preferred.
* Fluency in Italian and English is required. Fluency in German is strongly preferred.
* Passion for continuous learning and ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal team members.
