Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Care: Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
2. Order Monitoring: Support in tracking order status and ensuring timely processing and delivery.
3. Social Media Management: Help manage Instagram and Facebook accounts by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.
4. Product Management: Assist in uploading and maintaining product listings on Shopify.
Requirements:
1. Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
2. Technical Skills:
3. Proficiency in Excel and Word (intermediate level).
4. Experience with Canva and Photoshop (intermediate level).
5. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
