Job Description:
The RAN Analysis, Troubleshooting and Terminals Senior Engineer plays a critical role in the Mobile Access Engineering team of NSE Network Strategy, Architecture & Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support E2E introduction and troubleshooting of Mobile Services, with particular focus on Terminal implementation and interaction between Networks and Terminals.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints.
* Prototype, parameterize, develop, test and validate new technologies, features, and services from the Terminal side.
* Ensure qualified Terminal devices provide best service performance, supporting business and technological evolution.
* Share best practices and align relevant stakeholders, committed to Tech Comms Company.
Requirements:
* Very deep knowledge of Mobile Access Technologies (2G, 4G, 5G, IMS) and related Network Architecture, as well as interoperability standards and international forums: 3GPP, GCF.
* Deep understanding of Mobile E2E services for both Consumer and Enterprise.
* Strong skills in Walk/Drive/Crowd Test techniques, signalling log processing, troubleshooting and data analytical/logging tools.
* Proven stakeholder management experience in projects with deep technical complexity and challenging deadlines.
Essential Qualifications:
* Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar.
* At least 7 years of professional experience in mobile telecommunications engineering (Radio, Core, Devices, Quality, Services), preferably in an international environment.
