Job Description
The Customer Field Service Team Leader will oversee and manage a team of field service engineers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and outstanding customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and mentor field service engineers, providing guidance and support for effective performance.
* Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, share updates, and promote best practices.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
* Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
* Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of field service technicians to optimize resource utilization.
* Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing education for field service technicians.
* Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
* Ensure all field service operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience in a field service role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
* Strong technical knowledge related to Laboratory Solutions.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
