The Visual Merchandising in store Coordinator is the key of the strategic development and also hands-on in overseeing of the day-to-day VM responsibilities at Tiffany Milan Stores. The VM in store Coordinator models and champions Tiffany values, making the difference with his/her team, being creative & innovative, delivering excellence and cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Visual Merchandising and Operations Partner closely with SE VM Coordinator and Merchandising Manager in the successful implementation and in-store execution of defined product strategies and initiatives. Ensure styling guidelines and merchandising strategy are upheld at Milan stores on a daily basis. Track the effectiveness of implemented VM styling strategy within caselines and creative fixtures. Train and inspire Retail and Operational teams and actively participate in daily/weekly floor walks providing solutions and insights that balance the needs of VM standards and the business. Keep excellent organization of VM tools that include caselines forms, props, vases, etc., and provide an accurate inventory twice a year. Manage Floral arrangements according to guidelines, partnering with VM Coordinator and vendor. Partner within store Operations team, flagging any needed maintenance related to any creative vehicles (caselines, external fixtures, verticals, wallshelves…). Creative Campaigns Partner closely with SE VM Coordinator in the planning and implementation of creative VM campaigns which include vitrines/caselines/towers and wall shelf fixtures. Partner closely with SE VM Coordinator and Merchandising Manager to ensure the merchandise selected for each creative campaign fixture is the best and boldest while being properly installed, styled and lit to create an impactful presentation. Ensure effective creative campaign installations and maintenance plans. Give insightful feedback on the effectiveness of the Creative VM campaign in terms of design, product selection, production, and business. Support with the execution of high-profile selling events and special creative installations as they relate to product launches, events, activations, press previews, and branding initiatives. Support the installation and maintenance of holiday displays and décor. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years in sales, retail, visual display, styling, or related areas. Previous luxury retail experience preferred. Portfolio Required. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Availability to work early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed. Being flexible. Reside in a commutable distance to The Landmark. Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, flowers a plus. Knowledge and passion for flowers a plus. Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting. Computer skills required: Outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
